Privacy policy

This policy describes how this website handles personal data. How AVELORA thinks about privacy is set out on the page Privacy and control — that is a content page and does not replace this policy.

1. Controller

Angel Garcia
Avenida de Benagéber 69, 46184 San Antonio de Benagéber, Valencia, España

NIF/DNI: 44479310R

Email: kontakt@avelora.care

A data protection officer has not been appointed under Art. 37 GDPR.

2. What this website does not do

This website uses:

That is why no consent banner appears on this page. This is not an oversight but a decision: where there is nothing to consent to, nothing is asked.

3. Server log files

When the page is opened, the hosting provider processes technically necessary data:

Purpose: delivery of the page, operational security, defence against attacks.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and undisturbed operation).

Retention period: the hosting provider names no fixed period in its privacy notice.

This data is not combined with other data sources and is not used to build user profiles.

4. Hosting and delivery

This website consists exclusively of files generated in advance. When a page is opened, nothing is calculated on the server, nothing is looked up and nothing is stored. There is no application answering requests, no database and no interface. The server sends the requested file unchanged.

The files sit on the nodes of a worldwide delivery network. Which node answers depends on the network distance to the requesting device. There is therefore no single server location.

The website is provided by Vercel Inc., United States of America. A transfer of data to the United States is therefore not excluded. The log data named in section 3 still arises at the hosting provider — plain file delivery changes nothing about that.

Vercel Inc.
440 N Barranca Ave #4133

Covina, CA 91723

United States of America

A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider. It comes about upon entering into the contract and requires no separate signature.

The transfer to the United States relies on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses under implementing decision 2021/914, which the data processing agreement incorporates. The provider further states that it complies with the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, its UK Extension and the Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework.

5. Getting in touch

By email

If you write to us, we process your details in order to deal with your enquiry.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where a contract is being prepared, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

The path of a message to kontakt@avelora.care runs through one service provider, and you should know that before you write. Our mailbox for avelora.care is operated by Zoho Corporation B.V., Beneluxlaan 4B, 3527 HT Utrecht, Netherlands. Zoho receives incoming messages and stores them on our behalf.

Zoho thereby receives your sender address, the subject and the full content of your message including attachments. According to Zoho, the data of our account is held in data centres in Amsterdam (Netherlands) and Dublin (Ireland), that is, within the European Union.

How long the message remains in Zoho's systems is governed by their terms and is not in our hands. In our mailbox it stays until the matter is settled; after that the statutory retention periods apply.

If you would rather not take this path, you can also reach us by phone on +34 679 948 424.

By WhatsApp

Messages via WhatsApp are transmitted by WhatsApp Ireland Limited (Meta) and are subject to their privacy terms; we have no influence over that. Data may also be processed outside the European Union in the process.

You can equally reach us by email or by phone.

6. No health data through this website

No health data within the meaning of Art. 9 GDPR is collected through this website. There is no form, no registration, no user area and no database.

Do write and tell us what it is about. Everything further — health details in particular — we discuss by phone or in person. That is safer for you and a better beginning for us.

We never ask for health details in an email. If you write them to us anyway, we process them solely in order to answer your enquiry and delete them afterwards. The path of an email runs through the provider named in section 5 — for health details, the phone is the better way.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21).

Right to complain: you can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Spain with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), or with the authority of your habitual residence.

8. Changes

This policy will be adapted when the processing changes.
