For the person themselves
Your own data.
Your own context.
My AVELORA is a calm personal experience: understandable, self-determined and close to real life – including for people who have no wish to become health-app experts.
01 · Wearable → signal
The signal begins with the person.
A wearable can provide information. AVELORA first treats it as a starting point – not as a verdict and not as a finished explanation.

Not a copy of a data archive
Not Apple Health in a different colour.
My AVELORA is not meant as a collection of as many curves as possible. Access to data stays important – but personal patterns, life context and understandable next steps should form the first layer.
Technical detail can sit deeper if needed. On the surface the experience stays calm, clear and without unnecessary decisions to make.
The personal product world
Six areas.
One understandable experience.
- 01
My day
A calm way in: what matters today – and what does not?
- 02
My health data
Your own information stays accessible, without losing the person in curves.
- 03
Personal patterns
The comparison is with your own rhythm, not only with general reference values.
- 04
Context
A trip, poor sleep or a special day can explain a value differently.
- 05
Permission
The person decides who receives which insights and when they end.
- 06
Human closeness
Where digital interpretation is not enough, there is room for a real conversation.
My day
Clarity, without having to hide anything.
The first piece of information should give orientation. Anyone who wants to know more can deliberately open personal data and history – not the other way round.
- Large, calm language instead of dense data surfaces
- No essential information behind a gesture or a colour alone
- Context can be added in your own words
Friday, 21 August
Good morning, Maria.
Your day
Your signals match your usual rhythm. At the moment there is nothing that needs your attention. Is something different today?
“I have visitors and got up later.”Example view. Maria and Lena are fictional.
Sharing stays a decision
My information. My boundaries.
Relatives should only be able to see what has been deliberately shared. A permission has to be understandable, limited and revocable – without the person losing their own view of the data.
